Is the jewellery pictured exactly what I am buying?

All jewellery from Koelila is handmade, therefore there may be slight variations, but every effort has been made to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. All products are displayed with the appropriate sizes and colour details.

How do I pay for my jewellery?

Payment is made through the Paypal system.

What are the postage and packaging costs?

Postage and packaging costs £3.50. All orders are sent via first class delivery.

How long will it take for my jewellery to arrive?

All items are handmade especially for you upon your order, therefore please allow seven working days for delivery. I will send you an e-mail notifying you when your purchases have been dispatched.

Returns policy

Koeilia endeavours to supply the highest quality products and I have a simple returns policy:
For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on earrings.
Otherwise, I offer a 7-Day guarantee for if any item is not to your liking. Simply return it to me using the details on your invoice. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as Koelila cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit. This postage cost is not reimbursed. Once I receive the goods, I will then refund your card the cost of the items purchased (postage and packaging is not refunded) or allow you to exchange the items for something of the same value. Refunds after 7 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of Koelila.
When returning your jewellery, it will speed up the process if you remember to include your name/address, and order number. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.
